Gestational Sac
Two vesicles are opened to allow visualization into the gestational sac (amniotic vesicle surrounded by the allantoic membranes). On the left, the embryo was removed. On the right, the early fetus can be visualized inside the sac (the dorsum of the tiny fetus appears white inside the sac).
