Gravid Uterus
Uterus of a 25-30 day pregnancy with 5 fetuses. The gravid uterus is well segmented at this stage and is often easily palpable by abdominal palpation.

A gravid uterus approximately 50 days gestation. The uterus is fully distended and the individual fetoplacental units cannot be distinguished. Ovaries located at the tips of the horns are inactive and do not contain corpora lutea.
