Transverse Dorsal Presentation.
This fetus was presented in a dorsolateral presentation at the cervical inlet with the head in the left uterine horn and the tail in the right uterine horn. The fetus was unable to be delivered in this manner and it blocked the exit for subsequent fetuses. This is a rare occurrence.
